- Jim Warford brings more than 30 years experience as a craftsman and general contractor to deliver the quality work you want. His love for people shapes the character and purpose of Windows, Baths & More.
- Josh Warford has worked side-by-side with his dad, Jim, since he was in High School. It’s hard to believe, but that’s been more than 10 years. Jim will tell you how proud he is of Josh’s expertise when it comes to installing windows and doors. Not only is Josh a hands-on expert, he also trains our other installers.
- Jane Warford, Jim’s wife, is the organizing force every contractor needs to keep things running smoothly. She builds the groundwork to make our vision happen.
- Karen Podany, our good friend and friendly job coordinator, keeps your project on track, keeps you informed, and contacts you promptly if there are ever any issues or concerns.

Jim and Jane are both active in Creekside Bible Church in Martinez.
Jim has attended Creekside for more than 30 years, served as Youth Pastor for several years, and recently served as an Elder. Jim’s dad actually helped build the church and served as pastor for many years.
Jane helps at the church by running the projector for many of the services. Daughter, Katie, teaches Sunday School for some of the littlest kids.
Jim also coaches a Multi-League softball team of first through third graders. Even though he doesn’t have a kid on the team, Jim loves the sport and loves working with kids. He often ropes daughter, Katie, into co-coaching with him.
Jane loves all things green. She likes nothing better than getting out in the dirt, digging, weeding, and planting.
In her “spare” time, Jane watches grandson, Ethan, two days a week and works with her dogs, Jazz, a Boston Terrier who’s getting up there in years, and Samson, a Golden Retriever / Poodle mix. (To be fair, Sam is actually Jim’s dog and often keeps him company in the truck.)
Jane has recently added four chickens to the homestead. She’s been working hard at getting daughter, Katie’s, two cats, Hop and Scotch, to coexist peacefully with the chickens.
Josh and his wife, Danielle, are the proud daddy and mommy of 1-year old Ethan, who is the sunshine of their lives. When Josh is not busy at work or in his two favorite roles as husband and dad, you’ll probably find him working on a project around the house or on his car.
Karen, in addition to keeping your job running smoothly and being a wife and mom, is passionate about dogs. She fosters rescued dogs for One Lucky Dog and works with the dogs whenever she has a chance. If you stop by the office, you’ll probably find Karen there with a dog or two. (We have a dog- and kid-friendly office!)
